In a context of important societal and technical evolutions, human factors and ergonomics (HFE) must take into account organizational and management issues as a key point for companies.
The Organizational Design and Management Technical Committee of IEA and the Department of Ergonomics of Complex Systems of the National Polytechnic Institute of Bordeaux invite you, professionals and researchers, to contribute to the 14th ODAM congress. It will take place on July 11-13, 2023, in Bordeaux, France.
The theme of the Congress is “Societal transitions and transformation of work: Intervening in organizations and on the work of managers”.
